*Use...Tomato Marmalade (Gramma White's recipe)<br /><br />*Use either red or yellow tomatoes*<br /><br />Cook 12 Med Tomatoes until thick. Should be 2 qts of thick tomatoes, add 6 Cups of sugar, 1 lemon (put through chopper, rind and all) 1 teaspoon of ginger, and a little salt.<br />Simmer until thick, should cook down about an inch.
